It was a pleasant spring day for tennis. Five courts were in use today.

We had a quorum of eight players today. The teams were as follows:

George/Bob S.
Rudy/Sabrina
Zack/Sue
Larry/Tina

Without Harry here to stop him, George and his partner Bob won in all three rounds to take undisputed first place. The results were as follows:

ROUND ONE

George/Bob S. over Larry/Tina (6-3)
Zack/Sue over Rudy/Sabrina (6-3)

ROUND TWO

George/Bob S. over Zack/Sue (6-1)
Rudy/Sabrina over Larry/Tina (6-4)

ROUND THREE

George/Bob S. over Rudy/Sabrina (6-3)
Zack/? over Larry/Tina (6-0)

Tina brought what started as banana bread and ended up as a apple cinnamon bread for refreshments. There were also grapes (Sabrina), Jalopeno chips (Rudy) and drinks. Tina also brought a bottle of Cambria chardonnay wine.
