5HIT 6/2/07, another perfect Saturday for tennis once the early morning overcast was driven away by blue skies and the warm sun. With nine players on the roster early in the week, Larry volunteered to join the North Group on Courts 2 and 4, so we ended up with eight players which was perfect for the 5HIT format. Bob F had defected to join the 5HIT group this time. The teams were (sets won in parenthesis):

Round 1:

Rudy and Sabrina defeated Zack and Louise 6-5
Carmel and Bob F defeated Harry and Bob S 6-2

Round 2:

Zack and Louise defeated Harry and Bob S 6-3
Carmel and Bob F defeated Rudy and Sabrina 6-5

Round 3:

Rudy and Sabrina defeated Harry and Bob S 6-5
Carmel and Bob F defeated Zack and Louise 6-4

As usual, there were plenty of good food and drinks during RAT. We will do it again next week!
